This error usually occurs when the card is jammed at the turnover unit also known as the flipper when a double-sided card print job is sent.
Follow the below steps to clear the jam.
1. Turn off the printers power.
2. Remove the card input hopper
3. Remove the Card Load Slot (Small light grey plate) - See images below indicating steps 2 & 3.
Step 4. Open the printer door, and remove the cleaning cartrisge assembly
Step 5. Remove the jammed card through the side Card Load Slot.
